Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern the use of Creatorz.kz (the "Platform"). The Platform is a marketplace for finding and hiring digital marketing specialists in Kazakhstan. By registering, you accept these Terms.

2. Registration

Registration is required to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information. One user — one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Rules for Specialists (Creators)

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date profile information
  • Portfolio must contain only your own work
  • Respond to client messages in a timely manner
  • Do not use the Platform for spam, fraud, or prohibited content

4. Rules for Clients (Brands)

  • Post clear briefs with budget and deadlines
  • Communicate respectfully with creators
  • Pay for completed work as agreed

5. Paid Services

Registration and basic use are free for all users. Paid services (PRO/TOP subscriptions for creators, extended features for brands) are provided as described on the pricing page. The Platform does not charge commission on deals between creators and clients.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform materials (design, logo, code, text) are the property of Creatorz.kz. Content uploaded by users remains the property of their authors. By uploading content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display it within the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, timing, or payment of work between creators and clients. All deals are made directly between users. The Platform does not guarantee a specific number of orders or income.

8. Moderation and Blocking

The Platform administration reserves the right to moderate content, reject profiles that do not meet requirements, and block accounts for violating these Terms. The reason for blocking will be communicated to the user.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
