This Privacy Policy describes how Creatorz.kz (the "Platform") collects, uses, and protects personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. The Platform operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law on Personal Data and Their Protection.

2. Data We Collect

When using the Platform, we may collect the following data:

  • Account data: name, email, phone number, city, profile photo
  • Creator profile data: specializations, portfolio, social media, bio
  • Google Sign-In data: name and email from your Google account
  • Technical data: IP address (hashed), browser type, platform activity
  • Content: messages, briefs, reviews, publications

3. How We Use Data

  • Providing and improving Platform features
  • Connecting creators with clients
  • Sending notifications (email, Telegram) about orders and updates
  • Usage analytics to improve the service (no personal data shared with third parties)

4. Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, we only receive your name and email. We do not access your contacts, files, calendar, or any other Google account data. We do not share Google data with third parties or use it for advertising.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hoster.kz data center, Astana). We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security policies (RLS), and hashing of sensitive data. Phone numbers are not displayed publicly.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytical reports.
